Was going to vote for moving, then I realized that that would waste the already-existing infrastructure we have here. The site itself isn't broken. Modify it to suit your needs.

I'm going to vote for revision. Really, when new members join, they look to see how new the posts are. That's probably the FIRST thing they do, maybe second. If there's a lot of posts from weeks or months ago, they'll probably think: "Man, this site isn't active.." and then leave. If there are quite a few from lets say 2 days ago to today, they'll think its active and join up. You could re-post all of the rules and threads, and make your edits and revisions as necessary. There is no actual need for a new site.. What we have now is fine. And Warriors Orochi is a load of bologna. 'nuff said.
